  1. DATA PROCESSING WHEN OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND FOR CONTRACT EXECUTION

According to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, personal data is still collected and processed if you provide it to us for the performance of a contract or when opening a customer account. What data is collected can be seen in the respective input forms. Deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the above address of the data controller. We store and use the data you provided for the processing of the contract. After full execution of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial law retention periods and deleted after these periods have expired, unless you expressly consent to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further data processing that is legally permissible and of which we inform you below.

  1. USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING

6.1 Registration for our email newsletter
When you sign up for our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The mandatory field for sending the newsletter is solely your email address. Providing any other data is optional and is used to address you personally. For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called Double Opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you an email newsletter after you have explicitly confirmed that you agree to the sending of the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation email in which you are asked to confirm by clicking on a corresponding link that you wish to receive newsletters in the future.

When signing up for the newsletter, we store the IP address registered by your internet service provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to track any misuse of your email address at a later date. The data we collect when signing up for the newsletter is used exclusively for promotional purposes via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a suitable message to the responsible party mentioned above. After unsubscribing, your email address will be immediately removed from our newsletter sender unless you expressly consent to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further data processing that is legally permissible and of which we inform you in this statement.

6.2 Sending the email newsletter to existing customers
If you provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services, as already purchased, from our range by email. For this purpose, we do not need to obtain separate consent from you. The data processing in this respect takes place solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising according to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. 7.1 The personal data we collect will be passed on to the transport company responsible for delivery as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We will pass on your payment details to the designated bank for the payment processing as far as this is necessary for the payment handling. If payment service providers are used, we will explicitly inform you about this below. The legal basis for the transfer of the data in this case is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

7.2 Use of payment service providers (payment service providers)

This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("DoubleClick"). DoubleClick uses cookies to display relevant ads to users and improve the performance of campaigns.
