IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. CHARGES WILL BE INCURRED.

Returns
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, this is possible. Your happiness is our no. 1 priority!

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all appropriate parts, components, and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.
  • Normal use of the product is visible; damage due to careless use is excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  • The product was found to be defective upon receipt.
  • We are entitled to charge the customer shipping costs.
  • A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
    We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you need to do the following to start the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@emeraldidiamante.com
  • Make sure the email includes the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • Customer's first and last name
    • Customer's address

Then our customer service will contact you and share the return address. Never send the return shipment to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address after you request it. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are primarily related to his commercial or self-employed professional activity:

A. WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has received or taken possession of the last goods.

Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Emeraldi Diamante) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., via email). The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.

Note for shipments in transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You can of course inform us in advance about your cancellation.

To ensure you have the fastest possible return shipment, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without unnecessary delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract and received the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will there be any charges for this refund.
