Lost/Missing Packages
Emeraldi Diamante is not liable if the wrong address is entered during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct before submitting your order. If we have made a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order you placed, at no cost.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us at info@emeraldidiamante.com.

Will my items be shipped in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
